Dominique was raised in New Orleans alongside her four sisters Grace, Gabi, Claudia, and Lesley by their father Frederic Geisendorff, and their mother, subsequently Sue Feldman; Dominique’s parents divorced when she was around 10 years old; her father married Julie Geisendorff, while her mother married Marty Feldman.
She became interested in sports while attending a local high school, and played soccer for her school’s team; Dominique was also into acting, and was a member of her school’s drama club, appearing in various plays performed at the school. She was 16 when she appeared in her first theatre play, but soon learned that she wasn’t talented enough to succeed in the film industry.
Dominique matriculated in 2002 and didn’t enroll at college, but rather spent the following a couple of years working as a model.
Career as an actress
Dominique has only a single acting credit. In 2007, she played Kahlah, one of the main characters in the horror comedy movie “Beneath the Surface”, written and directed by Blake Reigle, and which also starred Tiffany Fox and Andy Freeman.
It follows Ethan who has found a way to enter a world which he believed existed only in his imagination, and has managed to bring his love Kahlah back to life, so that she could tell him if she had really committed suicide. The movie won a 2007 Sacramento Horror Film Festival Award for Best Feature.
After the birth of her first child in 2009, Dominique put her career on hold, and focused on being a housewife.
Relationship with Cam Gigandet and their kids
Dominique and Cam met in 2006, but haven’t talked about the circumstances under which it happened; some of Cam’s fans believe that they were set on a blind date by their mutual friend, but this remains unconfirmed.
The two became engaged in 2008, and on 14 April 2009, Dominique gave birth to their daughter Everleigh Ray, while their son Rekker Radley followed on 23 January 2013; their second daughter Armie Heartly was born on 30 November 2015.

He’s appeared in close to 50 movies and TV series, while he’s perhaps still known best for his portrayal of James, in the 2008 romantic fantasy movie “Twilight”, directed by Catherine Hardwicke, and which starred Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Billy Burke.
It follows Bella Swan who has moved to a new city, and fallen in love with Edward Cullen, who turns out to be an 108 years old vampire; the film won 32 of the 48 awards for which it was nominated.
