Who is Destin Christopher Tucker?

Destin was born in Los Angeles, California USA, in 1998 – he hasn’t shared his exact date of birth, but it’s believed that his zodiac sign is Pisces, and he certainly holds American nationality. He’s an actor and a social media star, but who’s perhaps known best for being the son of Chris Tucker, a famous American actor and comedian.

Early life and education

Destin was raised an only child in Los Angeles, by his father, and mother Azja Pryor; his parents married in a private ceremony in 1997, attended by only the closest of their friends and family members, but divorced in 2003. Both Chris and Azja remained involved in raising their son.

Destin grew up being interested in sports, and was on his high school’s basketball team.

He was introduced to acting by his father, who occasionally took him to his movie sets, but even though Chris tried to have Destin appear in a couple of his movies and TV series, it seems that he wasn’t interested in acting at that time.

He matriculated in 2016, and although Destin hasn’t spoken of his further education, it’s said that he attended college, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 2020.

Career as an actor

Destin has recently become interested in acting, and launched his career with his portrayal of a supporting character in the 2019 comedy drama movie “Love in Moreno Valley”.

It was written and directed by Steven Huffaker, starred John Ennis, Jack Seavor McDonald and Jaire Bowen, and follows James who’s attending eighth grade at Vista Christian High School, and has just been reunited with his best friend Abe.

This remains Destin’s only acting credit so far.

Love life and relationships

Destin is highly secretive when it comes to his love life, and hasn’t spoken of any girls or boys whom he has perhaps been with. This is probably why there are various rumors circulating the internet, concerning both his love life, and his sexual orientation.

Some of his father’s fans believe him to be gay, claiming that this is why Destin hasn’t spoken of the girls whom he’s dated, and why he hasn’t been seen spending time in public with any.

A fan has even claimed to have seen Destin kissing his boyfriend at a party in Los Angeles, but no evidence has been provided to support these claims, nor has Destin commented on these rumors.

There are also those who believe that he’s today in a relationship with a non-celebrity American girl, but that he prefers to keep her away from the media’s attention; this remains unconfirmed, as well.

As of December 2021, Destin appears to be single, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.

Hobbies and other interests

Destin is an avid basketball player, and played for his university’s team for two years, while he still today occasionally plays with his friends; some of the pictures which feature him playing basketball can be found uploaded onto his Instagram account.

He’s a dog lover, and has a pet dog.

Destin is a fashionista, and is trying to keep up with all of the latest fashion trends.

He’s a huge fan of Formula 1, and two years ago was allowed to take a picture in front of the Mercedes team in their pit.

He has his own favorite actors and actresses, some of whom are Will Smith, Jim Carrey and Emma Watson, while a couple of his favorite movies include “Independence Day”, “I Am Legend” and “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective – When Nature Calls”.
