Who is Cooper Barnes?
Cooper Barnes was born in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, on 15 April 1979 – his zodiac sign is Aries, and he holds both American and British nationality. He’s an actor, film writer, producer and director, who’s appeared in close to 50 movies and TV series, while he’s perhaps known best for his portrayal of the lead character Ray Manchester (Captain Man) in the family action comedy series “Henry Danger”. It was created by Dana Olsen and Dan Schneider, also starred Jace Norman and Riele Downs, and follows the 13 years old Henry Hart who has begun working as the superhero Captain Man’s sidekick; the series aired from 2014 to 2020, and won 18 of the 39 awards for which it was nominated.
Early life and education
Cooper was raised by his parents in Michigan USA, as the family moved there not long after he was born. Nothing is known about his mother and father, as Cooper respects their privacy, but it’s believed that they were both involved in the film industry. Because he hasn’t spoken of having any siblings, most people believe that he’s an only child.
Cooper became interested in acting while still attending a local elementary school, mostly because his parents often took him to watch theatre plays with them. He attended Northville High School in Michigan, and played a couple of sports during his four years there, including soccer and basketball.
Cooper matriculated in 1997, and although he hasn’t spoken of his further education, it’s believed that he attended college, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in drama in 2001.

Cooper made his debut film appearance in the 2001 drama “Digging with Earnest”, while a couple of his following roles were in the 2004 short drama “Sweet Judy Blue Eyes”, the 2005 short thriller “Prey”, and the 2006 comedy “One Wild Knight”.
He attracted some attention in 2008, when he played Terry in the romantic comedy drama “I Am That Girl”, directed by B. Hayward Randall, and which starred Grace Rowe, Michael Jaworski and Megan Molloy. It follows the Asian-American woman Maxine who loves to party, and has now gone on a road trip with a man whom she has just met.
The year 2010 saw Cooper appear in the crime thriller comedy “The Perfect Host”, and in 2011, he starred in three short movies: “Cease and Deceased”, “Occupy Main Street” and “Mushroom Pizza”.

Cooper made his debut TV series appearance in a 2008 episode of the comedy “Frank TV”, and appeared in an episode of only two other series in the 2000s: the comedy “Sex Ed” and the mystery crime drama “Cold Case”.
In 2011 and 2012, he starred as Pacino 2 in the comedy “Pacino & Pacino Talent Agency”; it also starred Ryan Fox and Betty Barnes, and follows two Pacinos (from the movies “Scarface” and “Scent of a Woman”) who are running a talent agency. Cooper made a guest appearance in an episode of a couple of series in 2012, including the family comedy drama “Good Luck Charlie”, the family fantasy comedy “Pair of Kings”, and the comedy “In Living Color”.

Cooper is quite secretive when it comes to his love life, but it’s still widely known that he’s today a married man. He exchanged vows with Liz Stewart on 3 October 2015, in a private ceremony attended by only the closest of their friends and family members; they were previously in a three-year relationship. Liz is an American actress and producer, who’s probably known best for having produced and voiced characters in various “Happy Tree Friends” videos.
In 2016, Liz gave birth to their daughter Ripley.
Cooper hasn’t spoken of any other women whom he might have been with, and as of January 2022, he’s married to Liz Stewart, and they have a daughter together.
