Molly initially worked as their update anchor, but her skills helped her promotion to the position of an anchor and co-host of “America’s Pregame”, the channel’s daily sports highlight show. She asked for even more work, and became the lead sideline reporter for both Fox College Basketball and Fox College Football, while also covering football games for Fox NFL.

It was in July 2016 that Molly started working for ESPN again, this time co-hosting their show “College Football Live”, and serving as their college sports sideline reporter.
