He’s a rapper, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur, perhaps known best for his hit songs such as “Natural Born Killaz”, “Talking To My Diary”, and “Let’s Get High”, among many others.
Dr. Dre was raised in Compton, by his parents Theodore and Verna, who divorced in 1972 when he moved with his mother, who later remarried to Curtis Crayon, with whom she had three more children, Dr. Dre’s two half-brothers Jerome and Tyree, who both died, and half-sister Shameka.
He attended four high schools, transferring due to his poor grades, but upon matriculating in 1983, he attempted to enroll at Northrop Aviation Company, and was refused, again the reason was his poor grades.

However, that shouldn’t be a problem for Dr. Dre’s finances, since this 56-year-old rapper has a net worth estimated at over $800 million, as of late 2021.
