Lauren Gardner was born on 6 November 1985, in Denver, Colorado, USA,. There aren’t many details available about her family and her childhood online, but her mother, Debra Gardner, is known for holding fundraising events to help poor people in Cambodia. She also took the opportunity to work as a broker channel manager for Regus Company, but she departed after a year, then worked as a host and reporter for CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports Ohio, MTV2, Smithsonian Channel, Kroenke Sports Enterprises, and Altitude Sports and Entertainment.
Since she was a big fan of her home teams when she was young, she became the face of Denver sports enthusiasts, an in-game host for the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Broncos, and Colorado Rockies, which ae her favourite teams. She also covered college football, basketball and lacrosse on Fox College Sports, Fox Sports Rocky Mountain, and The Mountain Sports Network.

In March 2019, Lauren started to host various programs under MLB and NHL networks, including On the Fly, Quick Pitch, and NHL Tonight, which are based in Secaucus, New Jersey.
