Who is Jade Bender?
American actress and social media star Jade Bender, was born in Los Angeles, California USA, on 11 September 1997, so Virgo’s her zodiac sign. She’s appeared in seven movies and TV series, and is perhaps known best for playing Bri Loves in the 2022 comedy movie “Senior Year”, directed by Alex Hardcastle, and which starred Rebel Wilson, Angourie Rice and Mary Holland. It follows a girl who’s been in a coma for 20 years, and who’s now awoken and returned to high school as a 37-year old; the film was nominated for two awards.
Education and early life
Jade was raised in Los Angeles by her father Lon Bender and mother Peggy, but she can rarely be heard speaking about her parents in interviews, because they prefer to stay away from media; it’s believed that her mother’s a psychologist, and her father a lawyer. Jade hasn’t spoken about having siblings, so her fans believe that she has none.
It was at the age of seven while attending a local elementary school, that Jade became interested in acting, after having appeared in a school play. She was 10 when her parents began driving her to auditions, and 12 when she made her debut TV series appearance, playing a supporting character in the 2010 episode “Crash Course” of the comedy “Warren the Ape”, which starred Dan Milano, Drew Pinsky and Josh Sussman, and follows the ‘life’ of a celebrity puppet.
Jade continued acting while attending high school, from which she matriculated in 2016; she hasn’t spoken about her further education, but most of Jade’s fans believe that she attended college, from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in drama in 2020.

Jade’s debut film role was playing Jessie in the 2015 adventure crime comedy “Bad Night”, which Nick Riedell and Chris Riedell directed, and which starred Julianna Guill, Jenn McAllister and Lauren Elizabeth. It follows Abby and Kate who are having a fun night out, but have now been mistaken for famous art thieves; the film was nominated for a 2016 Streamy Award for Best Feature.
In 2017, Jade played Rasha in the family drama “A Cowgirl’s Story”, written and directed by Timothy Armstrong, and which starred Pat Boone, Chloe Lukasiak and Bailee Madison. It follows a grandfather and his granddaughter Dusty Rhodes who have only each other to rely on now that Dusty’s parents are serving in Afghanistan.
Jade’s appeared in only one other movie: she played Mila in the 2020 comedy “Night School”, written by Christopher Moynihan, and which starred Josh Segarra, Collette Wolfe and Shanola Hampton; it follows several adults who are attending a night school, wanting to complete their GED tests.

Jade’s appeared in only three TV series, including the above mentioned “Warren the Ape”.
She played Alice Herrera in three 20114 episodes of the popular crime action “Major Crimes”, which James Duff created, and which starred Tony Denison, G. W. Bailey and Mary McDonnell. It follows the life of Captain Raydor who’s working for the Los Angeles Police Department, the series aired from 2012 through 2018 and won four of its seven award nominations.
In 2015, Jade played Shada Raqib in the pilot episode of the crime action “The Player”, created by John Fox and John Rogers, and which starred Philip Winchester, Damon Gupton and Wesley Snipes. It follows a former FBI officer who’s now working in Las Vegas, Nevada as a security expert, and the series was nominated for an Image Award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series.

Jade’s followed by close to 70,000 people on Instagram, and has posted nearly 100 pictures and videos onto the social media network, with most of these showing her during her everyday life.

There have been rumors circulating the internet since December 2019, claiming that Jade’s in a relationship with Simu Liu, a Chinese-born Canadian actor.
The two were spotted together for the first time on 14 December 2019, when they attended the Unforgettable Gala. They were seen spending time together on several occasions in the following two years, however, in January 2022, Simu Liu was seen with American actress Chrishell Stause, and it was believed that they were dating, however, they both stated that they were only good friends.
Simu and Jade were spotted on a dinner date on 19 June 2022, and she then kept him company when he made a guest appearance in the show “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on 28 June 2022. and on 20 July 2022, Jade and Simu appeared at their first red carpet event as a couple.
