Jac Collinsworth is an American sports broadcaster, but perhaps known best as the son of the award-winning sports broadcaster Cris Collinsworth. Jac works at NBC Sports as a play-by-play announcer and a host.

Jac Collinsworth was born on 13 February 1995, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky USA; his mother, Holly Bankemper Collinsworth is an attorney, while his father, Chris Collinsworth, is a former professional American Football player in the National Football League (NFL). After his retirement, he became a sports broadcaster, working for networks such as Showtime, NBC, and the NFL Network. Collinsworth left ESPN in 2020 and returned to NBC, this time acquiring a more serious role and hosting “Distance Training: Ready to Get Back in the Game”, a digital series that provided insight into the physical and mental training of professional athletes. In 2021, he was the reporter for the annual Kentucky Derby horse race.

Throughout his career as a sportscaster, Jac has covered the Olympics several times, with the most recent assignment being the 2022 Beijing Games which included hosting the show on USA Network. In February 2022, he was a co-host of the “Super Bowl LVI Pregame Show” on NBC.
