Julia portrayed Veronica Salt, harsh and greedy, a spoiled brat (opposite to what she is in real life), which confirmed her acting skills; her character was central in the story, and after the movie was released, she received great reviews from critics.
The movie “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” was based on the novel of the same title written by Roald Dahl, screenplay written by John August, and directed by Tim Burton.
