Who are the Knorpp family?
Mike Knorpp is the father of the family. He was born in Idaho, USA, on 13 October 1978 – his zodiac sign is Libra, and he holds American nationality.
Megan Knorpp is the mother of the family, born in Houston, Texas USA, on 3 June 1979 – her zodiac sign is Gemini, and she holds American nationality; she and Mike have nine children together.

About the parents
Mike was raised in Idaho by his parents, about whom nothing’s known as he respects their privacy; he hasn’t mentioned having any siblings, so is believed to be an only child, and apparently this is the reason why he has many children today. He attended a local high school, at which he became interested in fast cars and making money; Mike hasn’t talked about his further education, but it’s believed that he enrolled at college upon matriculating in 1996, and that he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2000. Before he and his family went travelling and focused on their YouTube channel, Mike ran his own company TERRA Oils.
Megan was raised in Houston, but hasn’t spoken about her parents either, however, it’s said that her father’s a businessman, and that her mother’s a lawyer; she’s also believed to be an only child.
Megan was interested in numerous activities while growing up, and spent several years practicing gymnastics. She was also a member of her high school’s drama club, and appeared in various plays performed at the school. Upon matriculating in 1997, Megan chose not to pursue a college degree, but to find work to financially support herself; she worked various jobs prior to meeting Mike, including being a babysitter, a waitress and a bartender.

They are also popular for travelling with all their nine kids, for which many people on the internet seem to envy them; we are going to mention three of the Knorpp family’s most watched YouTube videos, which have helped them gain many subscribers.
Their #1 video “BIG FAMILY RV TOUR : HOW WE LIVE IN OUR RV FULLTIME W/9 KIDS!!!” has been viewed over 6.7 million times since 8 September 2016, and features Megan and Mike showing their fans the inside of their RV.
Their second most popular video “HUGE FAMILY RV TOUR : Adventuring Family of 11” has been seen close to a million times since 25 June 2019, and features random clips put together of the family travelling.
Their third most viewed video “MORNING ROUTINE FOR A HUGE HOMESCHOOLING FAMILY IN AN RV : Travel Full-time w/9 kids” has been viewed over 920,000 times since 28 April 2017, and features Mike and Megan homeschooling their nine children in their RV.
Presence on social media networks
The family’s quite active on several social media networks, especially on Instagram; they have amassed close to 40,000 followers on the network, and have uploaded nearly 1,900 pictures, the majority of which have been taken during their travels.
Mike and Megan are also running the family’s Twitter account, which they launched in February 2016; it’s today followed by over 1,000 people, while they’ve tweeted over 700 times, mostly to announce the upload of their new YouTube videos.
The family’s also active on Facebook, followed by more than 12,000 people, while they tend to update their account at least once a week.
Love life and marriage
Mike and Megan have been married for close to two decades now, and haven’t spoken of any other people whom they had perhaps been with prior to meeting each other.
The couple has nine children together -Ttey have four biological sons: Elijah who’s 20 years old, Andrew 16, Peter 13, and Asher who’s 10. Mike and Megan have also adopted five children – son Daniel is today 19 years old, daughter Esther is 18, daughter Pearl 15, Eve 12, and Jude is eight years old.
The family has often been criticized for their way of life, especially Mike and Megan who have been accused of child abuse, because they have taken their children out of school, so that they could all together travel around the world. The married couple has countered that people are not so understanding when it comes to their different way of life, but that they don’t mind. The two are homeschooling their children, and are allowing them to learn whatever they want, rather than what they would have to at schools.
As of September 2021, Mike and Megan have been married for close to 20 years, and they have four biological children, and five adoptives.
Hobbies and other interests
The family has numerous hobbies, and have tried out many things during their travels around the world. They have worked on farms, so that the children could learn about growing fruits and vegetables, and keeping and taking care of animals; they today have a pet cat called Albus, which can be seen featured in some of their Instagram pictures.
Some of the children like to play chess, while Andrew seems to be the best amongst them.
Elijah is interested in photography, and is learning Japanese; he finished a photography internship at a local tourism agency in the summer of 2020.
Late at night, the family enjoys watching movies together, and a couple of their favorite actors and actresses are Tom Hanks, Matthew McConaughey and Meg Ryan, while some of their favorite movies include “Sleepless in Seattle”, “You’ve Got Mail” and “Interstellar”.

Mike’s age is 42. He has short brown hair and brown eyes, his height is 5ft 8ins (1.73m), and he weighs around 150lbs (68kgs).
Megan’s age is 42 as well. She has short blonde hair and blue eyes, her height is 5ft 6ins (1.67m), and she weighs around 128lbs (58kgs).
